For: All interested in shaping the future of polar research in Sweden (Especially early career polar scientists!)
Background: Beginning this year, APECS Sweden will have a 10 % position for a secretary that will work with promoting the interests for early career polar scientists in Sweden. This is made possible through collaboration between the departments of Meteorology, Zoology, Geological Sciences, and Physical Geography and Quaternary Geology at Stockholm University together with Arcum at Umeå University and the Swedish Polar Research Secretariat.
